Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Byron Center, MI to support the Director of Nursing and oversee daily Nursing Service operations. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards while guiding the clinical team toward high-quality resident care.

You will help design staffing, coordinate with department leaders, participate in surveys and quality initiatives, and mentor staff to uphold Trilogy’s commitment to compassionate care

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• Current valid state RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the DON to help select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
• Assist in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders.
• Assist in implementing the clinical staffing model and perform admin duties (forms, reports, audits, evaluations, charting).
• Participate in the QAPI program and facility surveys/accreditation programs.
