Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates plans for total resident care complying with physician orders and regulations.
• Communicates and interprets policies to nursing staff and monitors practices.
• Participates in admissions decisions and prospects visits as needed.
• Participates in daily/weekly management meetings addressing residents and staffing.
• Ensures compassionate quality care with adequate staff coverage and cleanliness.
