Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing by planning, organizing, and overseeing the Nursing Service Department's daily functions in a North Baltimore, Ohio facility.

Responsibilities include coordinating the clinical team, ensuring compliance with standards, participating in QAPI initiatives, and supporting surveys and accreditations. An RN license and CPR certification are required, with 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license and CPR certification.
• 0-1 years of relevant nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Associate or higher nursing degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the DON to help select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
• Assists in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders.
• Implements the clinical staffing model and performs administrative duties (forms, reports, audits, charting).
• Participates in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs.
• Prepares for facility surveys and accreditation activities.

Education

Associate degree or advanced degree in Nursing
