Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Lafayette, IN is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing by organizing and overseeing the Nursing Service Department’s daily functions and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The ADON will help recruit and develop the clinical team, coordinate nursing and ancillary services, and participate in QAPI programs and surveys to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• RN license is required and CPR certification is required.
• Associate or advanced degree in nursing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the DON to help select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
• Assists in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders to ensure continuity of care.
• Assists in implementing the clinical staffing model and completes administrative duties (forms, reports, audits, evaluations, charting).
• Participates in the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
• Participates in facility surveys and accreditation programs.
