Complete Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the clinical team and promote high-quality resident care. You will mentor staff, drive quality outcomes, and contribute to a compassionate, collaborative culture.

The role requires an RN with management experience and a NJ license, offering a full-time day schedule with on-call rotation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting preferred.
• Prior experience managing staff required.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with CMS, NJDOH and related regulations.
• Ensure nursing personnel comply with established standards and regulatory requirements.
• Understand MDS process, care planning, and survey readiness.
• Infection prevention and control knowledge.
• Lead quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Implement compliance policies, programs and procedures.
• Staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations.
