Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active Pennsylvania RN license
• Current AHA BLS (Healthcare Provider)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and participate in policy development.
• Monitor documentation, MARs/TARs, infection control, and audits.
• Participate in Medicare and Care Plan meetings and ensure timely reporting.
