Job summary

Reliant-Care-Management-Compan is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee nursing services, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality resident care in a compliant environment. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered; RN license in the state is required for this leadership role.

The ADON will collaborate with physicians and other professionals to create individualized care plans, monitor performance, and ensure HIPAA and Medicare compliance, while promoting a positive, patient-centered

Qualifications

RN license in the state of practice
Previous DON/ADON experience required
Experience with MDS/Care Plans and Medicare knowledge
Ability to lead nursing staff and ensure regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

Oversee nursing department aspects including staff management and patient care
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
Ensure HIPAA compliance and resident rights protection
