Marigold Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist with administration and supervision of Nursing Services for residents in accordance with physician orders and resident needs.

As ADON, you will work with the DON to ensure 24‑hour nursing coverage, uphold quality standards, and step in for the DON when needed. Illinois RN licensure and LTC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a RN in the state where you practice.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services for residents.
• In partnership with the Director of Nursing, supervise 24-hour Nursing Services.
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards per federal, state, and company guidelines.
• In absence of the DON, assume responsibility for clinical operations.
