Job summary

Island Lake Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with the Director of Nursing, oversee nursing operations, and lead clinical services that enhance resident care.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, a bachelor's degree preferred, and at least 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting. EMR experience is valued, with on-call, night, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Administration preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing to lead clinical services and programs.
• Mentor and motivate nursing staff and participate in committees.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
