Regency Integrated Health Services in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing - RN to help ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards.

The ADON will supervise nursing staff, assist the Director of Nurses, manage day-to-day operations, and participate in QA activities, staffing, and care planning.

Qualified candidates have Texas RN licensure, SNF experience, and strong leadership and communication skills; RUG certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a RN program at an accredited vocational schools, college, or university.
• Must possess a current Texas RN Licensure.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility for at least 3 years.
• Preference for current RUG certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist in ensuring the provision of quality care for residents.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct day-to-day nursing department functions.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with attending physician, medical director, and families regarding resident care.
• Recruit, hire and train nursing staff; develop work assignments and schedules.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance program and committee work.
