Avardis Health is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at Courtyard Health & Rehab. The ADON will mentor clinicians, oversee quality of care, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining compassionate, resident-centered services.

This role requires an active RN license, an RN degree, CPR certification, at least 3 years in a similar setting, and at least 1 year in management.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license to practice in the state.
• RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in a setting serving a similar resident population.
• At least one (1) year of management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to nursing home operations.
• A dedicated, compassionate, and results-driven professional committed to delivering exceptional care.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to clinical management, clinicians, and other team members.
• Participate in development and achievement of nursing department goals, including staff development and educational programming.
• Assist in implementation of policies, procedures, and standards of practice per regulatory guidelines.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified nursing staff per staffing plans and state requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to promote interdepartmental relations.
• Assist in developing and monitoring an effective documentation system.
• Provide direct resident care as needed, ensuring interaction with residents and families.
• Deliver innovative and responsible healthcare by creating and implementing new ideas and processes to improve outcomes.
