AristaCare Health Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in leading our nursing department. The ADON will help ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance across the facility.

This role requires an active New Jersey RN license, at least five years of clinical nursing experience, and at least three years in a supervisory capacity in long-term care or sub-acute settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Five years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Three years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting.
• PCC certification.
• Infection Prevention (IP) experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing and managing daily nursing operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Promote and maintain resident-centered care standards
• Support infection control oversight and regulatory readiness
• Plan, organize, and conduct staff training and clinical in-services
• Maintain effective communication across nursing staff levels
• Ensure appropriate staffing to meet resident care needs
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Oversee staff competency evaluations and corrective action plans
