Job summary

Heritage Hall in Virginia is seeking an experienced RN ADON to lead a dedicated team in a warm long-term care setting. You will oversee nursing care, mentor staff, and ensure safety and high-quality resident outcomes.

As a compassionate leader, you’ll model dignity, coordinate services, and respond to emergencies, while remaining hands-on when needed to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
• Ability to make independent decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of caregivers to provide exceptional, compassionate care
