Job summary

Heritage Hall Big Stone Gap, VA is seeking a registered nurse (ADON) to lead a dedicated care team and uphold the highest safety and quality standards in our long‑term care facility.

The RN (ADON) will mentor staff, ensure compliant practice, and provide hands‑on support as needed while building trusting relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
• Active RN license in Virginia
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Effective communication with diverse individuals
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws and guidelines governing nursing in LTCT
• Ability to make independent decisions

Responsibilities
