Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking an RN (ADON) to lead a dedicated caregiving team in a Virginia long-term care facility. You will oversee care delivery, ensure safety standards, and provide hands-on support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Knowledge of nursing laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing care.
