Qualifications

• Current, active RN license to practice.
• RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum three years nursing experience in a similar population.
• At least one year of management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing home regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development for management and clinicians.
• Support achievement of nursing department goals and staff development.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and standards comply with regulations.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified nursing staff per staffing plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to promote interdepartmental relations.
• Develop and monitor documentation systems for accuracy.
• Provide direct resident care when needed and maintain quality interactions.
• Lead innovative ideas to improve care outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care daily.
