Job summary

Avardis-Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Arden Ridge Health and Rehab. The ADON will provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, and help drive resident care quality in a licensed nursing facility.

Ideal candidates are RNs with strong leadership, CPR certification, and a track record in regulatory compliance. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license.
• RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience in a similar population.
• At least one (1) year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to clinical management, clinicians, and other team members.
• Develop and achieve nursing department goals, including staff development and educational programming.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards of practice per regulatory guidelines.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified nursing staff.
