AVIR Health Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in managing clinical operations within our facility. This role focuses on patient care excellence, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

The ADON will mentor nursing staff, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with leadership to drive performance and culture. Qualified Texas license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of infection control and prevention.
