Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RN in Chicago, IL to supervise daily nursing activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the DON in clinical leadership across the facility.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has at least one year of ADON or Nurse Supervisor experience, and will lead staffing, QA, and resident care planning while mentoring Charge Nurses.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of ADON/Nurse Supervisor experience
• Experience in LTC or Skilled Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Clinical Supervision & QA: supervise daily nursing activities, ensure nursing standards and regulatory compliance.
• Staff Leadership & Management: oversee staffing levels, evaluations, and mentoring of Charge Nurses and staff.
• Resident Care & Advocacy: participate in care planning, admissions/discharges, and communication with families and physicians.
