Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1years of nursing leadership experience (long-term care or skilled nursing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing all nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Promote a culture of quality care, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
• Act as Director of Nursing in their absence.
