Arden Park Post Acute in Arden-Arcade, CA seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join its clinical leadership team. The ADON will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee operations, support staff, ensure compliance, and drive resident outcomes in a fast-paced SNF/Post-Acute setting.

The role requires an active CA RN license, 3+ years of nursing leadership, and experience with regulatory standards. PCC experience and BSN are desirable.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership/management experience.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility, Post-Acute or Long-Term Care.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of state/federal healthcare regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy implementation.
• Support infection prevention and quality improvement programs.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
