Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee the nursing department, guide staff, and ensure high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.

The ADON will monitor performance, ensure adherence to resident rights, and promote a positive work environment, working within HIPAA regulations and total quality management

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Previous DON/ADON experience required.
• Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, Medicare).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
