Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. This leadership role requires dependable, sound clinical judgment and the ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will oversee staffing, MDS and care planning, infection control programs, and performance improvement efforts; hire and train nursing staff; ensure accurate documentation; develop

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Proven leadership and management experience in a care setting.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Strong assessment and communication skills for restorative care.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing needs and assist floor staffing when needed.
• Oversee resident care, including MDS, care planning, and infection control.
• Manage nursing staff: hire, train, evaluate, assign and delegate based on census.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date resident documentation.
• Develop individualized care plans with physicians and teams.
• Support staff resources with equipment and supplies.
• Uphold infection control through assessments and measures.
