Arrow Senior Living Management seeks an Alcohol? (ADON) nurse for a full-time role in Conway/Little Rock, AR. The position runs 8:30am–5:00pm with rotating on-call; starting salary ranges from $75,000 to $87,900 depending on experience and location.

Requirements include a current LPN or RN license, at least three years in resident care, and strong knowledge of care standards and regulations. The role includes leadership, care coordination, and liaison with families and physicians.
