Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of nurse management experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Must be in good standing with State Board of Nursing and maintain licensure.
Responsibilities
- Assist DON in planning, developing and supervising nursing staff.
- Oversee daily rounds and monitor resident conditions.
- Ensure resident safety and uphold resident rights.
