Qualifications

• LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing service obligations and standards aligned with licensure.
• Direct and coordinate nursing staff to deliver quality resident care.
• Screen prospective residents and assess ongoing needs.
• Ensure infection control, QA, and OSHA procedures are followed.
• Serve as liaison between facility and outside caregivers.
• Conduct staff conferences, hiring, orientation, and in-service education.
• Manage the nursing service budget and resources.
• Oversee care plans, medications, and physician instructions.
• Attend department meetings and participate in committees.
