Job summary

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Trilogy Health Services, LLC supports the Director of Nursing by planning, organizing, developing, and overseeing the Nursing Service Department's daily functions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and to maintain high-quality care.

This leadership role requires an RN with an associate degree or higher and CPR certification; 0–1 years’ related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license with CPR certification in good standing.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred but not required.
• 0–1 years of relevant nursing leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the DON to lead the clinical team.
• Assist in coordinating nursing and ancillary services to ensure continuity of residents' care.
• Support administrative duties including medical forms, reports, and charting.
• Participate in implementing and maintaining QAPI programs.
• Prepare for facility surveys and accreditation activities.
