Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and overseeing the Nursing Service Department's daily functions.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with the DON to develop and lead the clinical team.
• Assist in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders.
• Assist in implementing staffing models and complete medical forms, reports & audits.
