Qualifications

- Unencumbered RN license in the applicable state with DON/ADON experience.
- Experience with MDS/C care plans and behavior management.
- Knowledge of Medicare A & B and regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory compliance and total quality management familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing department operations and staff management.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance.
