The role requires RN licensure in the state, prior DON/ADON experience, and strong leadership. Knowledge of Medicare A & B and HIPAA is essential for compliance and quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Unencumbered RN license in state of practice with DON/ADON experience.
• Rehabilitation focus with wound care experience; knowledge of Medicare A & B.
• Willingness to work with behavior management residents; caregiver with elderly care.
• Experience with MDS/Care Plans and regulatory compliance; instructor certification preferred.
• Ability to motivate and mentor nursing staff; familiar with HIPAA rules.
