AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our family in Texas. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with clinical management and help build a high-performing nursing team focused on resident care and safety.

Walk-ins are welcome daily, and the role offers competitive compensation, daily pay options, a 401k with match, family health insurance, and a supportive corporate team. Must hold a Texas RN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in Federal/State regulations.
