Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our family in Texas. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with clinical management and help build a high-performing team and culture. Walk-ins are welcome daily as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Infection control training or certification and knowledge of infection prevention.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards as per Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regs.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Director of Nursing with overall clinical management of the facility.
• Contribute to building a high-performing team and culture within the nursing department.
