Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility and help build a high-performing team and culture, while remaining resident and family focused.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas Nurse License, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory healthcare experience, plus infection control training.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
