Qualifications

• Two years of nursing experience required.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state of employment.
• Experience in geriatric long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assignment and scheduling of nursing staff.
• Provide nursing care on shift when needed.
• Assist and cooperate with medical staff.
• Assist in solving nursing service problems.
• Support quality improvement program and records.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Oversee Residents Rights and assist with DON responsibilities as assigned.
