Job summary

Avante Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Avante at Ocala to support the Director of Nursing by planning, organizing, developing and directing day-to-day nursing department functions.

You will lead in-service education programs in line with federal, state and local standards and ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times. The role requires an RN in good standing, CPR certification, and the ability to read, write and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and meet licensure requirements.
• Must maintain CPR certification.
• Must read and write legibly and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing and directing day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department.
• Direct in-service educational programs in accordance with federal, state and local standards.
• Ensure the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times.
