Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing teams, ensure quality resident care, and uphold regulatory compliance in a fast-paced facility.

Based in Odessa, Texas, the ADON will support staffing, oversee care planning and MDS activities, supervise nursing staff, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with physicians to design individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Support staffing needs when needed.
• Oversee resident care including MDS, care planning, and infection control.
• Manage nursing staff including hiring, training, evaluation, and delegation.
• Ensure accurate documentation of resident records.
• Develop individualized care plans with physicians and nursing teams.
• Support staff resources and timely access to equipment.
• Uphold infection control through assessments and measures.
