Edgerton Care Center, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing/ IP to lead the nursing department on-site in Edgerton, WI. The role supervises nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives initiatives that improve resident care and outcomes.

The ADON will oversee staffing, training and performance, collaborate with physicians and families, and champion high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Minimum one year nursing experience in long-term care.
• Competent in leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, providers, families and the public.
• CPR certified.
• Must be English literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
