A leading senior living community in Ohio seeks a healthcare manager to oversee daily operations and ensure quality resident care. The role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, and conducting training. Ideal candidates will hold an LPN or LVN license with relevant experience. Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as their needs evolve. Maintains consistent quality resident care and service delivery across all shifts, which may involve assuming roles such as Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents' needs and staffing requirements.
Assists in supervising licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers, providing ongoing training and education, including classroom in-services and situation-specific training. Manages staff schedules and oversees medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision or administration, conducting periodic medication skills inventory checks and audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
Shares on-call duties as required. Requires education to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience. Must hold an LPN or LVN license.

Base pay is determined by skills and experience, with eligibility for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates may participate in the 401(k) program but are not benefits-eligible.
