Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
  • Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, and ensure quality care as residents’ healthcare needs change.
  • Maintain consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; this may require assuming the role and responsibilities of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents’ needs and staffing requirements.
  • Assist in supervising community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and education to Caregivers, including classroom in-services and situation-specific training; manage staff schedules.
  • Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration within the community. Conduct periodic medication skills inventory checks and medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
  • Share on-call duties as required.
  • Possess education required to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and have a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Hold an LPN or LVN license.

$26.60 - $33.88 per hour
