Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily healthcare operations to meet residents' healthcare needs.
  • Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as needs change.
  • Maintain consistent quality of care and service across all shifts; may assume roles of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet staffing needs.
  • Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and education.
  • Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision; conduct periodic medication audits.
  • Share on-call duties as required.
  • Possess education to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and have 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Hold an LPN or LVN license.

Salary Range

$25.20 - $28/hour
