You will lead staff development, participate in hiring and evaluations, and manage timely reporting. A flexible schedule and nurse-on-call rotation are part of the role in a dynamic care environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN nursing license.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software.
• Valid CPR & IV Certification.
• Clinical leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead education for nursing staff.
• Assist in hiring, retention, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Meet deadlines for projects and for weekly/monthly reporting.
• This is a salaried position with a flexible schedule.
• Nurse-on-Call on a rotational basis.
