Harborview Health Systems is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to lead nursing staff, oversee patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance in a faith-based environment.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with at least 3-5 years nursing home experience.
• In-depth knowledge of medical records management.
• Proficiency in shift management and scheduling.
• Familiarity with supervising nursing staff and collaborating with physicians.
• Understanding of resident rights and ethical practices.
• Comprehensive anatomy knowledge for patient assessment.
• Experience in hospice care and acute care settings.
