• Six months or more nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and patient-focused care.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver for a specific patient population to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team and coordinate with other caregivers.
• Direct and oversee care through delegation, validation and evaluation.
• Coordinate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
