Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a interdisciplinary team. The nurse will coordinate care, delegate tasks, and supervise other caregivers as part of unit operations.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, is pursuing a BSN within three years, and maintains BLS/CPR certification. Prior nursing experience or participation in the Nurse Residency program is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid RN license to work at the location.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Six or more months of relevant nursing experience or Nurse Residency program participation.

Responsibilities

• Care for a specific patient population as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate, validate, evaluate, and coordinate care among caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities with nursing peers, physicians and support services.
