Job summary

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to obtain a Medication Management Certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients in completion of necessary assessment forms.
• Orients clients to program services.
• Provides oversight and monitoring of clients’ whereabouts.
• Offers clients feedback and support.
• Reports client issues to staff.
• Assists with light housekeeping duties.
• Transports clients to scheduled appointments.
• Assists with rounds of the facility.
• Assists with follow up surveys and data entry.
