A leading community support organization in Fort Dodge is seeking a Treatment Specialist. This role involves assisting clinical staff with addiction rehabilitation services, orienting clients, and monitoring their behaviors. • Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days.

• Lived experience with recovery is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in completing necessary assessment forms.
• Orient clients to program services.
• Monitor clients’ whereabouts and behaviors.
• Provide feedback and support to clients.
• Reports client issues to staff.
• Assists with light housekeeping duties, including shredding, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other areas as assigned.
• Answers the phone and forwards calls as needed.
• Assist with transportation of clients to scheduled appointments, planned activities, or as directed by the supervisor.
• Assists with searching client belongings.
• Assists with rounds of the facility.
• Assists with follow up surveys and entering data.

Community and Family Resources is seeking a Treatment Specialist to assist the clinical counseling staff with providing addiction rehabilitation services to individuals living in our Men's Recovery House in Fort Dodge.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assists clients in completion of necessary assessment forms/documents as needed.
• Orients clients to program services.
• Provides oversight and monitoring of clients’ whereabouts and behaviors.
• Offers clients feedback and support.
• Reports client issues to staff.
• Assists with light housekeeping duties, including shredding, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other areas as assigned.
• Answers the phone and forwards calls as needed.
• Assist with transportation of clients to scheduled appointments, planned activities, or as directed by the supervisor.

Schedule

• Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Saturday–Sunday, Days (8a-4p). Includes some holidays.

Education And Experience Qualifications
