Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client assessments and orient clients to services.
• Oversee client whereabouts and behaviors; provide feedback and support.
• Assist with follow-up surveys and data entry; help with rounds and transportation.
• Support with light housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks.
