Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in completing assessment forms/documents as needed.
• Orient clients to program services.
• Provide oversight and monitoring of clients’ whereabouts and behaviors.
• Offer clients feedback and support.
• Report client issues to staff.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Assist with transportation of clients to appointments or activities.
• Assist with rounds of the facility.
• Assist with follow up surveys and entering data.
