Job summary

Beacon Light Behavioral Health System is seeking a Residential Shift Supervisor for the Short Term Adolescent Recovery (STAR) Unit in Bradford, PA. The role includes leadership during shifts, mentoring staff, and ensuring resident safety in a trauma-informed, recovery-focused environment.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 credits and three years' experience with children.
• Bachelor's degree and one year experience with children.

• Promote a trauma-informed, recovery-focused environment.
