Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Crisis prevention and intervention skills preferred.
• Prior experience in Residential Treatment or knowledge of early recovery issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily program schedules and activities.
• Supervise and support residents and their children throughout the shift.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing living environment.
• Monitor and document client self-administration of medications.
• Complete shift documentation and maintain accurate records.
